The wineries that will participate in the event will offer you the opportunity to explore aromas and organoleptic sensations with the support of AIS sommeliers in the setting of Via Roma transformed for the occasion into "via del vino".
On afternoon of September 15th, the following masterclasses will be organised, accessible by reservation:

i WHITES wines of the Ionian-Salento

Un viaggio sensoriale tra alcuni dei migliori BIANCHI dell’area ionico salentina. Tra un calice e l’altro di FIANO, CHARDONNAY, MALVASIA BIANCA e MINUTOLO si parlerà di vitigni, del terroire e delle tecniche di raccolta e produzione delle cantine selezionate.

A sensory journey through some of the best ROSÉS of the Ionian-Salento area. Between glasses of Rosé from NEGROAMARO and PRIMITIVO, grape varieties, terroir, and the harvesting and production techniques of the selected wineries will be discussed.
