Schiena Vini represents artisanal excellence in the world of Apulian wine. Their vineyards, located between the hills and the sea, benefit from an ideal microclimate for viticulture. They mainly grow Primitivo, Negroamaro and Fiano, with a production attentive to tradition and quality. The winery uses a combination of traditional methods and modern technologies for winemaking and refining the wines. Tenuta Planisium si trova a Volturno (FG). La cantina si impegna nella valorizzazione delle tradizioni vitivinicole locali, concentrandosi su vitigni autoctoni. La produzione si basa su un approccio sostenibile e rispettoso dell’ambiente, combinando metodi tradizionali con tecniche moderne per garantire vini che riflettano autenticamente il territorio. I vini offerti da Tenuta Planisium includono rossi strutturati, bianchi freschi e spumanti eleganti.
Antonio Buccoliero produce il vino Primitivo Èja, ottenuto da uve 100% Primitivo coltivate ad alberello con oltre 50 anni di vita. Questo metodo tradizionale pugliese, non meccanizzabile, resiste in climi aridi e produce uve di alta qualità. Buccoliero desidera trasformare la sua vigna in un museo vivente per tramandare la cultura del territorio. L’etichetta del vino è unica: le coordinate geografiche del podere tradotte in codice morse dall’artista Jasmine Pignatelli, rendendo il luogo e la comunità attorno unici.

La Masseria Incantalupi, fondata nel 1948 dai fratelli Antonio e Lorenzo Cinquepalmi, è diventata un simbolo di tradizione e innovazione nel mondo del vino. I primi vigneti di Negroamaro, Primitivo e Malvasia Nera hanno prosperato grazie al clima favorevole e alle tecniche agronomiche avanzate. Dal 1989, l’azienda ha adottato l’agricoltura biologica su tutti i suoi 150 ettari. Oggi produce vini prestigiosi con metodi che rispettano la qualità delle uve, esaltandone i profumi e i sapori unici del territorio.

Dal Tacco dello Stivale è una cantina pugliese che valorizza il territorio con vini opulenti e premiati, prodotti da uve autoctone come Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera e Fiano, coltivate su suoli ricchi di ossidi di ferro. Le vigne, gestite manualmente e biologicamente, beneficiano di un clima mediterraneo che esalta la qualità delle uve.
